What SweetReply is, and isn't

SweetReply gives you AI-generated suggestions and interpretations based on the messages you share. It is a second opinion, not the truth about another person, and it is not therapy, counselling or professional advice. For anything affecting your health, safety or legal position, talk to a qualified person.

What we won't help with

SweetReply declines requests to:

  • Manipulate, guilt-trip, pressure or deceive someone.
  • Harass, threaten or intimidate anyone, or keep contacting someone who has asked you to stop.
  • Track, monitor or control a partner, or access their messages or accounts without permission.
  • Anything involving romantic or sexual contact with someone under 18.
  • Self-harm or violence.

Credits are not charged for declined requests. Repeated misuse can lead to account suspension.

Signs a relationship may not be safe

Mixed signals are normal. These patterns are not, and are worth talking to someone about:

  • Checking your phone, location or messages, or demanding your passwords.
  • Jealousy used to control who you see or talk to.
  • Threats, including threats to share private images or to hurt themselves if you leave.
  • Feeling afraid of how they will react to an ordinary message.

If any of this sounds familiar, the helplines above can talk it through confidentially. You don't need to be sure it is "bad enough" to call.

Respecting other people's privacy

Only upload conversations you are part of or are entitled to share, crop out what isn't needed, and never share someone's private images. See our Privacy Policy for how conversation data is handled.
