1. Who we are
SweetReply is operated by TETRACTYS DEVELOPMENT LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, whose registered office is at 293 Northfield Avenue, London, England W5 4XB ("we", "us"). You can contact us at [email protected].
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use SweetReply. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or over and able to enter into a binding contract.
3. The service
SweetReply is an AI-powered message and relationship coach. You can upload screenshots of conversations or paste text, and SweetReply produces reply suggestions and analyses such as tone and intent reads, reply simulations and relationship reports. Screenshots are converted into text for analysis; you are asked to confirm which messages are yours.
Outputs are generated by artificial intelligence. They are suggestions and interpretations based only on the content you provide. They may be incomplete or wrong, and they cannot know what another person thinks or feels.
4. Not professional advice
SweetReply is not therapy, counselling, or medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it is not a crisis service. Do not rely on it for decisions about your health, safety or legal position. If you or someone else is in danger, contact your local emergency services. 5. Your account
You need an account to use SweetReply. Sign-in is provided by our authentication provider, Clerk. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
6. Content you share, including other people's messages
You keep ownership of the content you upload. You give us a limited licence to process it, including through our AI provider, solely to provide the service to you, store your results, and keep the service secure.
Conversations usually include messages written by other people. When you upload them, you confirm that you are a participant in the conversation or otherwise entitled to share it, that you are sharing it for your own personal purposes, and that you will not upload content you have obtained unlawfully (for example, by accessing someone else's device or account). Please avoid sharing more personal information than you need, especially sensitive information such as health details. See our Privacy Policy for how this information is handled.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use SweetReply to:
- Manipulate, coerce, pressure, deceive or exploit another person.
- Harass, threaten, stalk, monitor or control anyone, or to plan any of these.
- Upload content you are not entitled to share, or content involving anyone under 18 in a sexual or romantic context.
- Seek help with self-harm, violence or any illegal activity.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or otherwise abuse the service or our providers.
- Resell access, share accounts, or use outputs to build a competing service.
SweetReply may decline requests that appear to breach these rules; credits are not charged for declined requests. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
8. Free use, credits and subscriptions
- Free use. Free accounts include a daily allowance of Quick Replies and a one-off welcome credit grant. We may change free allowances at any time.
- Credits. Deeper actions cost credits. The cost of each action is shown before you use it.
- Subscriptions. Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (for example weekly, every three months or yearly) until you cancel. Each plan includes a credit allowance that is granted at the start of each allowance period shown at checkout (for example weekly or monthly) and replaces any unused subscription credits from the previous period. Paid plans include unlimited Quick Replies, subject to reasonable fair use.
- Credit packs. Credit packs are one-time purchases. Pack credits do not expire while your account is open, and are used after your subscription credits.
- Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices, applicable taxes and the billing period are shown at checkout. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on the recurring schedule you chose until you cancel.
- Price changes. We will give you reasonable advance notice of any price change to an existing subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
9. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing area of your account; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: if you have used 10% or less of the credits from a credit pack, or of the credits for the subscription period you paid for, we will refund that payment in full, including a subscription that renewed because you forgot to cancel. Other requests are considered case by case.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Changes to the service and these terms
We may add, change or remove features, including the credit cost of actions, as the product develops. If we make material changes to these terms, we will tell you in advance by email or in the app. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
11. Our intellectual property
The SweetReply service, brand and software belong to us or our licensors. Subject to these terms, you may use the outputs generated for you for your own personal purposes.
12. Our responsibility to you
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and to the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any output will be accurate or lead to a particular outcome.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for decisions you make based on outputs, or for business losses. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
13. Suspension and closing your account
You can stop using SweetReply and delete your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, if required by law, or if payment fails and is not resolved. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as liability and governing law) survive the end of this agreement.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of the place where you live. If you live elsewhere, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
